HOMEWORK: Finish "Judicial Review in Action" assignment and successfully email your post to the correct class period's blog.

  1. Think again about what "judicial review" is. What is that power?
  2. Research a case that interests you from one of these lists. Make sure you could successfully complete the phrase, "This case is a great example of judicial review because . . ."

    3. The name of the case (make sure you underline or italicize the names of all Supreme Court cases)
    4. A short description of what the case was about
    5. Complete this sentence: "This case is a great example of judicial review because . . ."
  4. Send that digital poster as an attachment in JPG or PNG format to the correct email address:
